August 4th we took in this place:
This is something I’ve wanted to do forever… Why you may ask? Well, because of this:
Bugs the size of your hand! OMG! It’s a bug museum! How cool is that! The place sports one of the biggest collections of tropical insects in the world:
Above is Allen’s hand by one of the bettles. UGH! Yes these were once living, breathing bugs… CREEPY!
But what did my kids like best:
Was it looking at all the pretty butterflies?
No.
Was it the scary scorpions and spiders?
No.
What Riley and Emma liked best was:
A little snake that made Mommy scream with surprise. What an adventure!
