Today Allen and I met his family up at the temple to take some family pictures. It was just Allen's folks and the siblings. I was there as the photographer. I think I got some pretty good shots...

Allen Got A JOB
YEAH!!!! After months of searching, sending out resumes, and being a general bear, Allen is happy to report that he got a summer associate position. We are SO excited. The pay is good,and the experience priceless. He is working for a creditor bankruptcy firm. Basically, suing the guarantors when people file for bankruptcy; standing up for the rights of people who are saving their money and the media seems to forget. I think it's a good match, Allen has a very low tolerance for stupidity, and this way he deals with companies more and people less. It's one of the top bankruptcy firms in Las Vegas. All the lawyers he has talked to about them have great things to say. Also, if things go well during the summer they may hire him back after graduation! That would be so wonderful!!!!! The change in Allen is remarkable, he's just beaming. This has been a huge pressure on us, and on him especially. I know we have been so blessed!

Emma Has an Annoucement
Emmaline has something to tell everyone:
That's right! Emma's going to be a big sister!!!! We are so excited. Our approximate due date is December 3, so we are roughly about 10 weeks along. Allen and I told my family on Sunday and his parents on the 6th. We also told Riley, who is beside himself with excitement. He wants a little brother, but will deal with a little sister (he guesses, but he already has one of those. So he would much rather just have both, if he can't just have a little brother... hmmm, not sure if I like his thinking much) And because you can't tell a 3 year old such exciting news and expect him to keep it quiet, we thought we would break the news to our wonderful friends and family first... that way no one has to feel to weird about him spilling the beans to them. He has told everyone who has come over that he's getting a new baby!
So, that's why the post have been kinda slow lately. I've been SO tired and not feeling good. But, hopefully this will begin to let up within the next couple of weeks. The only really strange craving so far has being lemons, they seem to ease the nausea. One of the funniest parts of this is that little Roland (Demya's little dude) and this new baby will get to share their first Christmas together! How fun will that be?
