Ward Party

I was recently called to be on the ward activities committee. I think this is going to be a fun calling! I get to be a worker bee for all the ward parties! Our ward had reserved Warm Springs pools for a ward camp out the Friday of spring break, April 3rd. That day, we had 50 mile in hour winds, rain and the temperature dropped about 30 degrees. Needless to say, the idea of camping out had lost it's appeal. However, we were able to get the church building and move the camp out to a ward barbecue. It was a lot of fun, and an impressive turnout considering the late change of plans!
